Sweet potato with maca peanut butter

Don’t want yet another granola bowl for breakfast? 〰️ Go for this sweet potato topped with nut butter and adaptogens (I used @buddybuddy almond butter) 〰️ The question I get asked the most is ‘how can I incorporate adaptogens into my food?’ Well, simply add it to things you are already eating. Like nut butters! 〰️ I’m a fangirl of @buddybuddy, it’s a plant-based eatery and nut butter atelier in Brussels, need no more 〰️ Recipe: Ingredients 1 whole sweet potato 2 tbsp nut butter (or more) 1 tsp maca Goji berries Flax seed Coconut chips - How to: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Clean the potato and puncture the skin a few times with a fork. Bake for 35 mins (depending on the size of your potato) Cut in half and start playing with nut butter. Add all the functional spices you like. Top with goji berries, coconut chips, seeds or nuts. Scooooop
