Oat & almond milk 〰️ Recipe: 1 cup soaked almonds 1 cups old fashioned oats 4 cups filtered water 1 tsp coconut oil 1 date Pinch of salt Pinch cinnamon 〰️ How to: Soak the almonds in cold water for 8 hours, strain and rinse. Put the almonds with oats and water in the blender and mix on high. Strain trough a nut milk bag or use a cheese cloth. Blend again with the date, salt and cinnamon. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
