4PM tonic with maca

This creamy tonic is just what I needed. Tonics are part of my daily self-care routine. I’ll have one in the morning to wake me up, one in the afternoon to stay focussed and one in the evening to chill out. This matcha one gave me the 4pm boost I needed!

i n g r e d i e n t s 1/2 tsp matcha powder 1/2 tsp maca 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp coconut butter 1/2 tsp sunflower flax butter 1 tsp date paste 1 cup hot water

I combined all of the ingredients together into the blender and whizz on high until creamy.
